On June 23, 2025, the official website of the Beijing Stock Exchange disclosed the prospectus of Zhejiang Xinna Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and the company's listing application materials were formally accepted.

Xinna Technology's silica product is precipitated silica, which features high dispersibility, high reinforcement, stable quality, good yellowing resistance, and high transparency. It is mainly used in fields such as tires, shoemaking, silicone rubber, toothpaste, and medicine, with broad market prospects.

It is understood that in 2023, Xinna Technology's production capacity of precipitated silica was 155,000 tons per year, accounting for 5.36% of the national market share, ranking fifth among domestic silica manufacturers. If this IPO is successful, it will help the company further expand production scale, enhance technological research and development capabilities, strengthen market competitiveness, and inject new impetus into the development of China's silica industry.
