Haochuang HC-200: An Upgraded Functional Filler for High Performance and Eco-Friendliness Backed by optimized fumed silica production processes and eco-friendly manufacturing technologies, Haochuang’s HC-200 has achieved upgrades in purity control, dispersion performance, and application adaptability. It provides a functional filler solution that combines performance and environmental value for industries such as coatings, silicone rubber, and composite materials.
HC-200 demonstrates significant advantages in core application scenarios. In water-based coating systems, adding 1.5% of the product increases the thixotropic index to 2.5, effectively solving issues of pigment settling and construction sagging, while enhancing the coating’s scratch resistance by 20% compared to traditional products. In heat-cured silicone rubber (HTV), a 25% addition boosts the material’s tensile strength by 18%, shortens dispersion time to less than 30 minutes, and improves production efficiency by 40%. In unsaturated polyester resins, its high transparency maintains the resin’s light transmittance above 90%, meeting the dual requirements of high-end composite materials for appearance and strength.
“The core of HC-200’s R&D is to unify ‘performance upgrade’ and ‘green production’,” a technical director of Haochuang stated. The team has simultaneously built a chlorine closed-loop recovery system, which converts the production by-product HCl into high-purity hydrochloric acid for recycling. This achieves a raw material utilization rate of 99.5% and further promotes the high-end development of domestic fumed silica.
